Financial independence and providing for their children are topics families often think about. Banking and investing are complex fields that require a tantamount of financial literacy and time that a lot of families do not have.
The company we worked with tried to create an application that simplifies the whole process for families and provides necessary information for grants and financial products and offers. By conducting over 20 qualitative interviews and 10 user tests we found several pain points. By addressing these challenges we created a prototype that is easier to navigate for customers and provides a more well-rounded user experience.
